Do I need a referral?

A referral is not needed to see Inform Podiatry unless you have a:

• Chronic disease and team care management plan and you've been referred by your GP (Medicare rebates part of the cost of your consult)

• Department of Veterans Affairs Gold Card (DVA covers the cost of your Podiatry services​)

• Workcover referral from your GP after a workplace injury. (Workcover covers the cost of your Podiatry services if you have an approved claim)
