Getting There

Driving: (plenty of parking at the door)

Turn left off Gympie Rd into the carpark
Outbound Gympie Rd
Do a u turn at Edinburgh Castle Rd and then turn left off Gympie Rd into the carpark OR Turn right at lights at Castle St, left at Leckie Rd, left at Oliver and left into the carpark just before Gympie Rd

Bus:
333 – Kedron North Stop (near the intersection of Gympie and Kitchener Rds) 300m/4mins to clinic
370 – Stop 29⁄30 (near the intersection of Gympie Rd and Strathmore St) 100m/1min to clinic

Referrals

No referrals are required unless you fall under one of the following three categories:

Veterans’ Affairs (Gold and eligible White Cards)
It is essential for these patients to have a referral from their Doctor.

Work Cover
As well as a referral from their Doctor, work cover patients require a Claim Number from Workcover.

Medicare
Patients with a chronic condition may be eligible for Medicare rebates. Please contact your Doctor to determine if you qualify for this rebate before your appointment.

Payment

All fees are to be paid at the time of your consultation.

Cash, Cheque, Mastercard, Visacard, American Express, EFTPOS and HICAPS are accepted.

Private health insurance funds cover podiatry services under their ancillary tables.

Sterilisation

Patient health and safety is at the forefront of Inform Podiatry. All instruments used in the clinic are packaged and autoclaved in accordance with Australian Standard 4815.
